1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Meet Registrations ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Company Information

Meet Registrations is operated by whisker.works, an independant based in Belgium.

3. Description of Service

Meet Registrations is an event registration and management platform that integrates with Google Meet™. The Service allows users to create events, manage registrations, send confirmation emails, and integrate with Google Calendar™.
Meet Registrations is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Transmit any worms, viruses, or malicious code
  • Spam or harass other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity


You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with Google's API policies and Terms of Service.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.1 Subscription Tiers

The Service is offered in multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Premium) with different features and limitations. Your subscription tier determines the features available to you.

6.2 Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

  • Payment is required in advance for the subscription period
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by Belgian law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

If you are a consumer and purchase a paid subscription, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not begun using the Service.

7. Event Organizer Responsibilities

If you create events using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate event information
  • Respect attendee privacy and handle registration data appropriately
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Obtain necessary consent from attendees for data processing
  • Respond to attendee inquiries in a timely manner
  • Not use the Service to organize illegal events
  • Comply with applicable data protection laws as you are considered a data controller under the GDPR laws.

8. Attendee Responsibilities

When registering for events, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Attend events you register for, or cancel in a timely manner
  • Respect event organizers and other attendees
  • Comply with event rules and guidelines

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Service Ownership

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Meet Registrations and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written consent.

9.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Google Services Integration

The Service integrates with Google Meet™, Google Calendar™, and Gmail™. Your use of these Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of Google services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Meet Registrations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meet Registrations, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium.

16. Consumer Rights (Belgium)

If you are a consumer in Belgium, you have certain rights under Belgian consumer protection law, including:

  • Right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance contracts (subject to exceptions)
  • Right to receive clear information about prices and terms
  • Protection against unfair commercial practices

For complaints, you may contact the Belgian Federal Public Service Economy at economie.fgov.be or your local consumer protection service.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Meet Registrations regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
