User Data & Privacy
What Data We Collect
Meet Registrations collects and processes the following data to provide our service:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile information from your Google account
- Event Data: Event details (title, description, date, time), registration information, and custom form responses
- Usage Data: Information about how you use our service, including pages visited and features accessed
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and error logs
Why We Collect This Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and maintain our event registration service
- Create calendar events and send confirmation emails on your behalf
- Process event registrations and manage attendee information
- Improve our service and fix technical issues
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to operate Meet Registrations. We:
- Do not sell your personal information to third parties
- Do not share your data except as necessary to provide our service (e.g., with Google APIs for calendar and email functionality)
- Share registration data only with the event organizer when someone registers for that organizer's event
- Retain data only as long as necessary to provide our service or as required by law
Google Workspace™ Integration
Meet Registrations integrates with Google Workspace™ services (Google Calendar™ and Gmail™) to:
- Create calendar events with Google Meet™ links
- Send confirmation emails from your Gmail™ account
- Access your calendar to manage events
This integration requires access to your Google Calendar™ and Gmail™. We only access the minimum data necessary to provide these features. Your use of Google™ services is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
OAuth Scopes
Meet Registrations requests the following OAuth scopes:

These scopes are the minimum required to provide our service. We do not request access to read your emails, browse your calendar, or access any other Google services beyond what is necessary for event management.
Your Rights
